Whereas it being a universal presumption of government to have controlling jurisdiction over the pursuits of life, liberty, property, and even the death of its subjects, when one becomes aware of one’s divine and natural state of being within the State of Humanity and of one’s divine calling and obligation to one’s Creator alone, to the exclusion of all others, it then becomes necessary to address and rebut those presumptions of the governments of men.
A matter must be expressed to be resolved. In Law Truth is Sovereign. Truth is expressed in the form of an Affidavit. An un-rebutted Affidavit stands as Truth in Law. An un-rebutted Affidavit becomes the judgment in the matter. Whereas the Public Record is the highest form of evidence, the following declaration, affirmed under Oath, as this verified and non-negotiable Affidavit of Truth and Fact shall constitute Public Record when served upon the undersigned Notary Public as a Ministerial Officer of the State. Rebuttal is hereby demanded.
For and on the record as lawful Public Notice:
I AM that I AM, as self-contemplating thought presently incarnate and known by the phonation, rō΄- jƏr (1.), declare that I am now manifesting as a living, sentient, natural Man from and upon the Land (2.), a Natural Law venue, and I specifically deny any fictional, corporate status.
As a manifestation of Divine Intelligence, The Source of All That Is, I am an Emissary of Nature’s God. I AM a spiritually autonomous unit of free will, statelessness, sovereignty, self-responsibility, and self-governance, appointed to a Mission of Peace for which I manifested into this physical realm at this time. The Source of my authority is timelessly in full force and effect, nunc pro tunct, i.e. before the foundation of the world. My nature and my simple guiding Creed is to SEEK PEACE ALWAYS, HONOR MY COMMITMENTS, AND HARM NO ONE.
Through no conscious choice or act of my own I was borne upon the land at a place known as North Dakota into a body of the flesh and blood of my human ancestors and was christened as Roger John Renner(1.). Being of sound mind and lawful age, formally unschooled “at law”(3.) but not needing an attorney, having personal knowledge of the facts stated herein and being competent to testify to them, reserving all my natural Human Rights, I hereby declare:
My sacred, unalienable, natural birthrights were granted by The Source of All That Is and not by any constitution or any other institutions of men. I live, labor, and sojourn upon the Land, within an organic, non-political State of Humanity, a Natural Law venue wherein I conduct my life and my mission in accord with the Natural Law of my Source and the Ecclesial Law of my Spiritual Mission. I do not and will not recognize any government or other institution of man that does not recognize my humanity and hold sacred my human rights and those of all humanity.
Caveat: So called ”Law” cites and scripture are referenced herein for the understanding of the reader and such reference does not constitute legal advice nor does it create any fealty over I AM that I AM, roger, renner™.
1. This is not a name, but the Essence of who I AM and is my absolute private property; Black’s Law Dictionary 6th Edition defines”name” as, “…an individual person, firm or corporation” (i.e. legal fictions); 330 U.S. 258 states plainly that a sovereign is not a person. Roger John Renner is the recordable written interpretation of my spiritual essence by my physical parents as a natural person and I claim it for my own use as my private birthright property and my trademark during my present incarnation.

3. By principles stated in Haines v Kerner 404 U.S. 519, the courts are directed to consider substance over mere form of the response of one who is unschooled at law. This document is response to any presumption of jurisdiction over me by anyone.

I am politically stateless and foreign to the fictional UNITED STATES and any of its charter states, having found no valid proof of any legal ties of citizenship to it. I live, labor and travel in peaceful co-existence without the UNITED STATES as it is barred from interaction with me by constitutional mandates upon it for separation of church from (interference by) state.I am not the fictional corporation or office known as “person,” nor am I the fiction ROGER J RENNER™ or any derivation of that fiction. I was not a party to its creation and I provide no surety nor accept any liability therefore; nor am I a “res” of any trust of any kind and am not subject to any “in rem” proceedings or actions of any corporate government agencies.
As a free, private, politically stateless natural man upon the land, I am an Internationally Protected (natural) Person whose Human Rights are recognized and protected by International Treaty Law, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as adopted by the United Nations General Assembly on 10 December 1948, the U.N. Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of Crimes Against Internationally Protected Persons (1973), and if found to be traveling in the United States, per Title 18, Part I, Chapter 7, § 112 of the United States Code.
I am in full agreement with the philosophies and understanding of the authors of those Constitutional Mandates that limit the incursions of that government of the United States into the private affairs of flesh and blood men and women and that it is in contradiction to the Laws of Nature and repugnant to the logical thinking mind that mere fiction may presume to hold dominion and authority over a tangible flesh and blood man or woman.
Understanding that any government is simply a creation of the mind, that is to say, a fictional being, a mere artificial "person," it can interact only with other artificial persons. Being imaginary in nature, it is a physical impossibility for it to attain parity with the tangible, natural world of flesh and blood human beings. The legal manifestation of this is that it, as well as any law, agency, aspect, court, etc. that it may create, can attain jurisdiction only over other corporate, artificial persons and may regulate the contracts between them only. I reiterate that I am flesh and blood and NOT artificial and corporate in any way.
From the time I was a boy I learned that the ancients understood the treacherous and conniving nature of government and of their warning not to enter into any contracts with any government that may attempt to subjugate one to its authority(4).
In that regard I have never sworn an Oath of Allegiance to any nation, specifically the UNITED STATES. With forethought and full intention while under great duress and before government witnesses, I thrice refused to swear an Oath of Allegiance to uphold the Constitution of the UNITED STATES and submit to its jurisdiction despite angry threats of personal harm if I did not submit which were made to my face by an Official of the UNITED STATES.
Diversity of citizenship and class is declared and any jurisdictional claim over me is hereby formally challenged and factual rebuttal demanded.
Pursuant to penalties found at 18USC Part I, Chap. 43, § 911 for knowingly and falsely claiming to be such, I am not a U.S. citizen, nor a vessel, employer, taxpayer or taxable person as defined by any statute or code of the UNITED STATES, or any State or Territory thereof and I am not subject to the jurisdiction thereof (5.) nor am I subject to any Crown or to the Holy See. Nor am I a resident or employee of any political state or any municipal corporations of any kind. I am not an Enemy of the State, nor an illegal alien, nor a foreign or domestic spy or terrorist, nor a tax protestor or “patriot,” nor do I promote sedition or the overthrow of any government.
I am simply a Private, Lawful, Neutral and Free Natural Man upon the Land, living, laboring and sojourning in harmony with the most basic doctrines of freedom. It is a well settled principle of law, as well as simple logic, that man, as a tangible, sentient being possessing the right of free will, is not subject to the the fictional constitutions and institutions of his fellow men without his consent.

I do not recognize any government or institution that does not recognize my humanity and hold sacred my unalienable natural Human Rights and recognize that every natural man and woman is a free, autonomous unit of free will, sovereignty, self-responsibility, and self-governance, and as such they may live in accord with any covenant that such autonomous beings proclaim as established with any other party according to their own authority and free will.The history of the United States is one of repeated lies and cover-ups of its Human Rights Violations both domestically and internationally. It has abandoned its own professed Ideals whereby the Government of the United States, under the guise of “sharing” its own version of artificial Equality, Liberty and Justice, did and does instigate wars through covert actions within foreign sovereign nations whereby such devious and illegal acts resulted in the ignominious slaughter of countless millions of innocent men, women and children in its efforts of establishing an absolute corporate tyranny over those peoples whom it claims to be saving. An Honest world has been witness to these innumerable Human Rights violations for over two hundred years.
A violation of Human Rights anywhere is a violation of Human Rights everywhere. As an Emissary of Peace whose own Human Rights have been trampled and violated by the Government of the United States, I do formally, with deepest conviction and disgust, protest and demand an immediate end to such Crimes Against Humanity.
Today its own citizens are held captive in corporate servitude by deception through the corruption of the words of “law” and the series of coercive and fraudulent adhesion contracts that have been forced upon them since birth, without the knowledge of their sacrifice of their natural Rights to Life, Freedom and Peace and their natural immunities to the interference of a devious and oppressive government. By and through this deception, their Human Rights are sacrificed for conditional privileges with a price while it wantonly masquerades its agenda as Freedom for All.
It is a violation of my morality and my conscience to support in any manner any government which will contemplate and perpetrate such egregious and unconscionable atrocities upon a trusting and innocent citizenship and the rest of humanity for any reason whatsoever.
It is a well understood principle in all bodies of law that there is no statute of limitations on the discovery or prosecution of fraud. "Fraud vitiates every transaction and all contracts. Indeed, the principle is often stated, in broad and sweeping language, that fraud destroys the validity of everything into which it enters, and that it vitiates the most solemn contracts, documents, and even judgments." 37 Am Jur 2d, at section 8 (Emphasis added). Simply stated, intentional non-disclosure, coercion, or threat constitutes elements of contract-nullifying fraud.
It was never disclosed to me, nor did I ever suspect, that contracting with the government was a “voluntary” act by which I would sacrifice my right to full disclosure in the contract and waive persona and subject matter jurisdiction. Instead, I was coerced with a lie that participation is the “law” and that it is our duty to comply. Without full disclosure to and by all parties, Fraud prevails as there can be no meeting of the minds, thus no valid, enforceable contract can exist. Therefore be it understood that my “compliance” with any such fraudulent contracts is not voluntary, but performance under Protest, Duress and by Threat of those agents of government who demand my compliance under mere color of law with threats of harm to me and mine.
In the United States and its multiple corporate subdivisions, contracts of an undisclosed voluntary nature may include, but are not limited to, the franchise of US citizenship, state and municipal residency, U.S. passports, birth certificates, use of fictitious names in commerce, Social Security, voter, and Selective Service registration, drivers licenses, registration of private conveyances, traffic tickets, marriage licenses, divorce decrees, hunting/fishing/firearms licenses and registration, 1040, 1099, SS-4, W-4, W-2, and all manner of tax forms, business licenses, credit, banking, and loan contracts, Federal Reserve Notes, summons, warrants, judgments, payment of any tax, use of addresses, ZIP codes and postage stamps, and all other manner of such unilateral adhesion contracts, agreements, licenses, permits or applications too numerous to mention within the scope of this document.
By such, unalienable Human Rights are robbed under color of law in exchange for inferior 14th Amendment Civil Rights, being no more than mere granted privileges with a fee within a state of involuntary peonage and subject to modification or elimination by the stroke of a legislative or administrative pen (6.) without the consent of the people.
Further, I declare that for such non-disclosure and the willful, deceitful, coercion and threat used by governmental merchants of privilege to force me, a Flesh and Blood Man, into various voluntary unilateral adhesion contracts, agreements or licenses by which my inherent and unalienable Human Rights and my Property were unknowingly relinquished for mere regulated privilege with a price, all such voluntary applications and or contracts and their presumed jurisdiction and undisclosed liabilities are hereby rescinded and declared Fraudulent, Null and Void Ab Initio – from the beginning - and my autograph on any such contracts or applications is hereby rescinded. I do not grant consent to judgment in any matter or in any manner.
For lack of valid contracts, and in accord with the aforementioned constitutional mandates upon government, I claim by Right of Law an Excluded and/or Immune Status from any corporate or municipal legislation, statutes, ordinances, regulations and codes, Executive Orders,

decrees or the like. I am subject only to the Jurisdiction of Truth in Natural Law or Contract Law wherein any claim against me must be established by Affidavit, declaring point by point the details of any alleged violation of the Rights of another natural person, or breach of private contract with another natural person, and sworn upon the unlimited personal liability of that flesh and blood injured party. Such claim must be bonded by 500,000 U.S. Dollars in cash to be held in escrow until the conclusion of Private Arbitration which will settle the matter. Anything less will be considered a personal trespass. The bond will be awarded to the prevailing party.
Further, my use of fiat money or debt instruments of any kind, of any country, including bank checks, credit, and Federal Reserve Notes, is performed under protest Without Prejudice as I am left Without Recourse but to use the remedy available at House Joint Resolution 192 of June 5, 1933.
Therefore, I refuse any liability for any compelled, assumed or actual benefits received by me by way of such implied and coerced contracts, agreements or licenses and I accept the benefits thereof, past, present and future, as partial reparation for loss of my Human Rights, freedoms, and property as a result of entrapment by and enforcement of such contracts.
Pursuant to a Uniform Commercial Code Financing Statement (UCC-1) and Security Agreement, Washington state filing # 2001-054-0004 on February 23, 2001 at 8:14AM, I am the Secured Party, Creditor and Claimant with full lawful capacity and standing in law, possessing supreme, perfected, un-refutable, exclusive and non-negotiable claim against the fictitious Debtor, ROGER J RENNER™, a transmitting utility, including Debtor’s name and use thereof, which is now trademarked and is exempt from levy. I may accept for value or refuse without dishonor any non-negotiable or negotiable instruments pertaining to Debtor, including, but not limited to, all adhesion contracts, notes, agreements, licenses, complaints, warrants or the like, as herein referenced, with or against the Debtor, ROGER J RENNER™. Any action taken against Debtor or use of Debtor’s name in commerce will be considered an attempt to circumvent my secured trademark and/or perfected claim and will be treated as Criminal Trespass.
Moreover, any information concerning the fictitious Debtor, ROGER J RENNER™ that is or may be contained in any files of the agencies of any governments, including, but not limited to, the UN, NSA, OFI, INTERPOL, CIA, FBI, FEMA, BATF, IRS, HOMELAND SECURITY etc., including any Individual or Business Master File, does not pertain to me and any alleged connection to me is hereby challenged and declared to be False and must be proven by Affidavit of Fact sworn upon the unlimited personal liability of the flesh and blood Witness signer. Dissemination of such erroneous information will also be considered Criminal Trespass.
All agents of government take NOTICE that any attack, restraint or action taken against me without the prior establishment of jurisdiction by Sworn Affidavit as herein prescribed will be regarded as an Act of Aggression or Threat to My Life. Govern yourself accordingly.
While I am a man deeply desirous of and committed to my Mission of Peace, I reserve all my unalienable Human Rights to defend my Life, my Family, my Property and my Freedom by any means according to the natural Laws of Necessity. And I specifically reserve my right to unlimited use of alias or any other devices of any kind, at any time, in any manner, without notice or declaration after the fact for the preservation of my Self, my Freedom, and my Privacy.

The Notary Public signed below, a Ministerial Officer of the STATE OF CALIFORNIA, itself a subdivision and an agent of the corporate UNITED STATES, will serve as a liaison and my Witness and repository of this Affidavit as lawful Public Notice to all principals and agents, laterally and hierarchically in a chain of command, of all civil-law governments of this state, of the UNITED STATES, et al, of the UNITED NATIONS, of all Vatican-based agencies, and of all Crown-based agencies worldwide that may interact in any manner with me.
Further, any officer, agent or actor of government to whom this Affidavit is served upon will act as the repository of this Material Evidence in the instant legal action being perpetrated upon me, a Private, Flesh and Blood Man, Secured Party, and Internationally Protected Natural Person. Be forewarned of the penalties for Evidence Tampering pursuant to 18 USC § 2071(b). Your receipt of this Material Evidence will be verified by me or witnesses by sworn Affidavit.
Further, violations of my natural Human Rights shall be reported to World Service Authority, the Secretary General of the United Nations, and the Secretary of State of the United States if such violation occurs on U.S. soil, for investigation and prosecution.
Therefore, I AM that I AM, roger, renner™, have not waived and will not waive subject matter or persona jurisdiction and I challenge any and all presumptions of any kind made about me, regardless of statements or actions that were, are, or may be made by me while under threat, duress or by coercion, trickery and deceit through any procedures or processes of alleged “law” that are unknown to me that may be used against me. No other party is authorized to make legal determinations for or about me in any manner whatsoever and I specifically refuse consent to judgment in any matter without full and complete Due Process as defined herein.
This Affidavit replaces and supersedes any and all other contracts, agreements, and understandings, i.e. all oral, written, express, implied, revealed, and un-revealed contracts, licenses, agreements, and presumptions thereof and nullifies all presumption of, and possibility for, diminishing the eternal and inviolable supremacy of the Natural Laws of The Source of All That Is, the Universal Sovereign and original Author of Peace and the authority thereof which has been conferred upon I AM that I AM, roger, renner™ as an Emissary of Peace thereof. This Affidavit is inviolate and must not be abrogated in any manner any more than the eternal and immutable laws of existence can be invalidated by man.
