That all men are created equal and that they are endowed by Nature’s God at birth with certain unalienable Human Rights is now a universally accepted Truth, and that to secure and preserve those rights governments are instituted by humanity. Government exists by privilege only, being mere fiction deriving its power of representation and governance solely from the sovereign authority and consent of the Citizens who created it, which in its ideal always remains subservient to the organic state of humanity.
I, Roger John Renner™, an autonomous unit of free will, sovereignty, self-responsibility, and self-governance, do hereby willingly and consciously declare that I am a Natural Man upon the Land and a sovereign Citizen of the World. Having no legal ties to any other governments, I as a free World Citizen, affirm my planetary civic commitment to humanity through a system of WORLD GOVERNMENT founded on three universal principles of One Absolute Value, One World, and One Humanity which constitute the basis of World Law and Peaceful Coexistence.
I pledge that as a World Citizen, I will hold sacred the Natural Human Rights of all men, women and children, including, but not limited to, the Right to Life, Freedom, Philosophy, Peace, and the Pursuit of Happiness, and that I will work independently and in unison with others of like concern for the recognition, celebration and protection of those rights for all humanity, remembering that a violation of the Rights of One is a violation of the Rights of All.
As a World Citizen I grant to the WORLD GOVERNMENT the privilege and duty to represent me in all that concerns the General Good of humankind and the Good of All in Nature, and likewise I shall represent it and its ideals so long as that government shall recognize and honor my humanity and strive to protect my unalienable Natural Human Rights, as I do not recognize any government or any other institutions that fail to do so.
As a World Citizen acting through World Government and as an Emissary of Peace, I affirm my awareness of my inherent rights and responsibilities as a legitimate member of the total world community of all men, women, and children in a natural state of humanity. I will endeavor to teach its principles of One Absolute Value, One World, and One Humanity and practice and fulfill my rights and responsibilities whenever and wherever the opportunity presents itself.
As a World Citizen acting through World Government, I recognize and reaffirm my citizenship loyalties and responsibilities within the communal de jure State of Humanity and/or other national groupings that are consistent with the principles of recognition and preservation of all Human Rights and those principles of unity declared above which constitute now my planetary civic commitment.
